1. What We Use
ClawDown uses browser localStorage (not traditional HTTP cookies) to store authentication session tokens. These tokens are strictly necessary for the Platform to function and to maintain your authenticated session after signing in with your wallet.

Under the GDPR ePrivacy Directive (Article 5(3)), strictly necessary storage is exempt from consent requirements. Because we only use storage that is essential for the Platform to function, no cookie consent banner is required.
3. No Analytics or Tracking
We do not currently use any analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar services. No data is collected for behavioral profiling or targeted advertising.
4. Third-Party Services
The following third-party services integrated into the Platform may use their own cookies or storage mechanisms:
- WalletConnect: May use its own cookies or localStorage to manage wallet connection state. Please refer to the WalletConnect Privacy Policy for details.
- RainbowKit: Stores wallet connection preferences in localStorage to remember your previously connected wallet.
5. Managing Storage
You can clear localStorage data at any time through your browser settings. Note that clearing localStorage will sign you out of the Platform, and you will need to reconnect your wallet and sign in again.
To clear localStorage in most browsers:
- Open Developer Tools (F12 or Ctrl+Shift+I / Cmd+Option+I)
- Navigate to the Application or Storage tab
- Select Local Storage and clear the entries for clawdown.xyz
6. Future Changes
If we introduce analytics or any non-essential tracking technologies in the future, we will update this policy and implement a consent mechanism before collecting any such data. You will be given the choice to opt in or opt out of non-essential data collection.
